What Comes With Every Custom Food Truck
Every food truck we sell is built new, to order, in our Charlotte, NC shop. We don’t sell used trucks or stock units off a lot. Instead, you get a mobile kitchen designed around your menu, your equipment list, and the health and fire rules in your county. Each build includes:
- Custom floor plan laid out around your workflow, so your cooks aren’t fighting the kitchen during a rush.
- Commercial kitchen installation – fryers, griddles, ovens, refrigeration, prep tables, sinks, and ventilation hoods sized for your menu.
- Gas, water, and electrical systems installed and tested, including generator or inverter power options.
- Health and fire compliance – we build to the requirements of your local health department and fire marshal.
- Full graphic wrap designed and installed in-house, so your truck is ready to market your business on day one.
- Nationwide delivery to your door, or pick it up at our Charlotte facility.
- 1-year warranty on every build.
Food Truck Prices and Build Time
Most of our custom food trucks and trailers fall between about $40,000 and $150,000. Where your build lands depends on the size of the truck or trailer, the cooking equipment, the generator, and whether it’s a cooking or non-cooking unit. A coffee or ice cream unit costs less than a full-size step van with a hood system and fryers.
A typical build takes 8 to 12 weeks from deposit to delivery. We ask for 50% down to start and 50% on completion.

Do you have food trucks in stock?
No. Every unit is custom built to order. The trucks you see on our site and social media are customer builds, and we can build one like it for you.
Do you offer financing?
We don’t offer in-house financing, but many customers finance through third-party equipment lenders. We’re happy to provide the quote and spec sheet your lender needs.
Can you ship a food truck to my state?
Yes. We build for customers across the United States and deliver nationwide.
