Concession Food Trailer 10ft long 7ft Wide

This 10ft x 7ft concession trailer, model BOW1077, was built by Biz On Wheels as one of the most compact fully certified kitchens in the lineup. It is light enough to tow easily and still includes a hood system, A/C and full sinks.

Dimensions and Chassis

The trailer measures 10ft long, 7ft wide and 7ft high, on dual 3,500 lb axles with electric brakes. All lighting is LED.

Power and Climate Control

A quiet gas generator is housed in a compartment with a slide-out for easy access. A 15,000 BTU A/C unit keeps the small interior comfortable.

Serving Window and Exterior

A serving window with an awning door and a screened entry door are installed, and the white exterior is finished with a full-body graphic wrap.

Kitchen, Ventilation and Sinks

The interior is fully anodized with aluminum tread diamond plate flooring. A stainless steel hood system with an exhaust fan ventilates the cooking area. A three-compartment sink and hand washing sink meet health requirements, and two 20 lb LP tanks are stored in a compartment. All equipment is commercial-grade stainless steel and NSF certified, and the trailer is NSF, ETL and UL certified.

Who This Build Is For

A 10ft x 7ft trailer suits owners who need the smallest practical certified kitchen for coffee, hot dogs, lemonade or a single specialty item. It is light to tow and fits into tight spots at markets and events.

Customizing a Build Like This

Every Biz On Wheels trailer is manufactured from the frame up and built to order, so this layout can be changed to fit your menu and towing vehicle. Common options include trailer length (from 8ft up to 28ft and beyond), axle ratings, screened or open porches, generator size or inverter battery systems, serving window sizes, hood length, refrigeration and cooking equipment, and full or partial wraps. Trailers are built to NSF, ETL and UL standards to simplify permitting. Most custom builds take about 60 to 90 days depending on the job.
