This gloss white 12ft concession food trailer, model BOW1287, was built by Biz On Wheels with a Honda inverter generator, on-demand hot water, a fire suppression system and LED lights built into the window awning.
Dimensions and Construction
The trailer measures 12ft long, 8.5ft wide and 7.5ft high, on two 3,500 lb axles with electric brakes. It has a screwless glue-on body in gloss white and all-LED lighting.
Power and Climate Control
A quiet Honda generator with an inverter system provides clean power, and a 15,000 BTU A/C unit keeps the interior comfortable.
Serving Window with LED Lighting
A 48 x 36-inch serving window with an awning door has LED module lights built into the awning, lighting up the service area at night. A 30 x 72-inch screened entry door and a sliding step provide access.
Kitchen, Fire Suppression and Water
The interior is white aluminum with a stainless steel backsplash, stainless wall shelving and aluminum diamond plate flooring. A stainless hood system with an exhaust fan and make-up air is paired with a fire suppression system. An on-demand propane water heater supplies the three-compartment and hand washing sinks, one 100 lb LP tank provides propane, and the trailer is NSF, ETL and UL certified.
Who This Build Is For
A 12ft trailer with fire suppression and on-demand hot water suits operators who want a small trailer that still meets strict fire and health codes. The LED-lit awning makes it a strong choice for evening events.
Customizing a Build Like This
Every Biz On Wheels trailer is manufactured from the frame up and built to order, so this layout can be changed to fit your menu and towing vehicle. Common options include trailer length (from 8ft up to 28ft and beyond), axle ratings, screened or open porches, generator size or inverter battery systems, serving window sizes, hood length, refrigeration and cooking equipment, and full or partial wraps. Trailers are built to NSF, ETL and UL standards to simplify permitting. Most custom builds take about 60 to 90 days depending on the job.
