Dimensions and Chassis
The trailer measures 14ft long, 8.5ft wide and 7ft high, built as Biz On Wheels model BOW1487. Dual 3,500 lb axles with electric brakes handle towing, and all lighting is LED for visibility on the road and at night events. At 14ft, it can be towed by many full-size pickups and SUVs.
Power and Climate Control
A quiet Honda gas generator is installed in a cage on a slide-out, so it can be pulled out for fueling and service. A 15,000 BTU A/C unit keeps the kitchen comfortable while sauces simmer and pasta cooks.
Serving Window and TV Compartment
A serving window with an awning door provides a shaded service counter for customers. A separate TV compartment with its own awning door protects a display for menus and specials. The entry door includes a screen for ventilation and insect control.
Kitchen and Ventilation
The interior is finished in anodized aluminum with aluminum tread diamond plate flooring. A stainless steel hood system with an exhaust fan provides airflow and odor control over the cooking area, and all equipment is commercial-grade stainless steel and NSF certified.
Sinks and Propane
A three-compartment sink and a hand washing sink meet health regulations. One 100 lb LP tank is stored in a back compartment with a door.

The black exterior carries a 3/4 partial graphic wrap by 3M with the Italian brand graphics. The trailer is certified to NSF, ETL and UL standards, which helps simplify health department permitting.
