Dimensions and Chassis
The trailer measures 16ft long, 8.5ft wide and 7ft high. Dual 5,500 lb axles with electric brakes provide stable towing, and all lighting is LED.
Power and Climate Control
A quiet Honda gas generator is installed in a cage on a slide-out, so it can be pulled out for fueling and maintenance without unbolting it. A 15,000 BTU A/C unit keeps the interior comfortable during long BBQ service days.
Serving Window and Entry
A serving window with an awning door shades customers at the counter, and the entry door includes a screen for ventilation and pest control.
Stainless Steel Kitchen
