This black 18ft x 8.5ft BBQ concession trailer was built by Biz On Wheels with a dedicated generator compartment, a stainless hood system and a partial 3M wrap. Like every Biz On Wheels trailer, it was manufactured from the frame up and built to NSF, ETL and UL standards.
Built from the Frame Up
Biz On Wheels manufactures its trailers from frame to completion, which allows full control over strength, layout and quality. Trailers can be built in any color and size and are designed to comply with local health and fire department requirements.
Dimensions and Chassis
The trailer measures 18ft long, 8.5ft wide and 7ft high. Dual 5,500 lb axles with electric brakes carry the BBQ equipment, and all lighting is LED.
Generator Compartment
A dedicated compartment is built for generator installation, keeping power equipment outside the kitchen and away from the serving window.
Serving Window
A serving window with an awning door provides a shaded counter for serving plates of BBQ to customers.
Kitchen and Ventilation
The interior is finished in anodized aluminum with aluminum tread diamond plate flooring. A stainless steel hood system with an exhaust fan pulls smoke and heat out of the kitchen.
Sinks, Propane and Exterior
A three-compartment sink and hand washing sink meet health standards. Two 100 lb LP tanks are housed in a dedicated compartment. The black exterior is finished with a partial 3M graphic wrap.
