22Ft Long With 6FT Porch Concession Trailer

This 22ft concession food trailer, model BOW2287-6PS, was built by Biz On Wheels with a 6ft screened porch that houses a stainless steel charbroiler. The gloss black screwless body, all-stainless interior and 11KW diesel generator make it a premium setup for grilled menus.

Screened Porch with Charbroiler

The rear 6ft screen porch holds an NSF stainless steel charbroiler, moving high-heat grilling outside the main kitchen while keeping insects out. A dedicated 30 x 72-inch screened door connects the kitchen to the porch.

Dimensions and Construction

The trailer is 22ft long including the porch, 8.5ft wide and 7.5ft high. It rides on two 5,500 lb axles with electric brakes, with a screwless glue-on body in gloss black and LED lighting throughout.

Power and Climate Control

An 11KW diesel quiet generator is installed, and two 15,000 BTU A/C units keep the kitchen comfortable.

Kitchen and Ventilation

The interior is all stainless steel with rubber diamond plate flooring. A stainless steel hood system with an exhaust fan and make-up air ventilates the cooking line. A 72 x 36-inch serving window with an awning door provides the service counter, and a 36 x 72-inch screened entry door gives side access.

Sinks, Propane and Certifications

A three-compartment sink and hand washing sink meet health requirements, two 100 lb LP tanks supply propane, all equipment is commercial stainless steel and NSF certified, and the trailer is NSF, ETL and UL certified. A partial 3M wrap finishes the exterior.

Who This Build Is For

A trailer with a screened charbroiler porch suits burger, steak, kebab and grilled chicken concepts that want flame-grilled flavor without filling the main kitchen with smoke. The all-stainless interior and two A/C units make it a premium choice for events and catering.

Customizing a Build Like This

Every Biz On Wheels trailer is manufactured from the frame up and built to order, so this layout can be changed to fit your menu and towing vehicle. Common options include trailer length (from 8ft up to 28ft and beyond), axle ratings, screened or open porches, generator size or inverter battery systems, serving window sizes, hood length, refrigeration and cooking equipment, and full or partial wraps. Trailers are built to NSF, ETL and UL standards to simplify permitting. Most custom builds take about 60 to 90 days depending on the job.
