BBQ Trailer 22Ft With 6Ft Porch

24 ft Concession Trailer with Screen Porch and Smoker

24 ft Concession Trailer Built for Outdoor Cooking Operations

This 24 ft concession trailer was custom manufactured by Biz On Wheels to support outdoor cooking concepts that require ventilation separation and customer interaction space. The layout includes a 16 ft enclosed commercial kitchen and an 8 ft screened porch designed for BBQ smokers and heat producing equipment.

A concession trailer of this size allows operators to run a full menu while keeping smoke, grease, and excess heat outside the main workspace. The screened porch improves airflow and creates a safer working environment during long service hours at fairs, festivals, and catering events.

Trailer Construction and Chassis

The trailer measures 24 ft long, 8.5 ft wide, and 7.5 ft high and rides on two 6,000 lb axles with electric brakes. This heavy duty frame supports commercial cooking equipment, refrigeration, and fuel systems without overloading the chassis.

The exterior uses a screw-less glue-on aluminum body finished in gloss black. This construction prevents water intrusion, reduces vibration damage, and maintains a clean professional appearance over time. All lighting installed on the trailer is LED for reliability and reduced electrical load.

Generator and Electrical System

The trailer includes two Onan Quiet generators mounted in protective steel cages. This dual generator setup allows consistent power for refrigeration, lighting, ventilation, and cooking support equipment during continuous operation.

A 15,000 BTU roof air conditioning unit helps maintain a safe working temperature inside the kitchen during summer operation and high cooking heat.

Cooking Ventilation and Hood System

Inside the kitchen is a stainless steel hood system with exhaust fan and make-up air system. This NSF certified ventilation setup removes grease vapors and heat while maintaining balanced airflow inside the enclosed workspace.

The screened porch provides an ideal location for a BBQ smoker, allowing smoke to exit naturally without filling the kitchen. Separating smoker heat from the main cooking line improves comfort and safety for staff.

Interior Commercial Kitchen

The interior walls and ceiling are anodized aluminum, providing a non-porous washable surface required for health inspections. The flooring uses black rubber diamond material for slip resistance and durability.

All installed equipment is commercial stainless steel and NSF certified for daily operation.

Plumbing and Sanitation

The trailer includes three compartment sinks and a dedicated hand washing sink supported by an on-demand water heater. This setup allows operators to wash, rinse, and sanitize equipment properly during service and pass inspections.

A 100 lb propane tank provides fuel supply for cooking appliances while mounted safely outside the workspace.

Screen Porch Cooking Area

The 8 ft screened porch allows operators to cook outdoors while remaining protected from insects and debris. Removable screens allow flexible use depending on the event environment.

This design is popular for BBQ concepts because it improves ventilation and creates a visual cooking experience for customers.

Why Choose a 24 ft Concession Trailer

A 24 ft concession trailer offers more capacity than smaller units while remaining towable by standard trucks. Operators can serve larger crowds and expand menus without needing a semi truck platform.

The porch configuration also increases safety when using smokers or high heat equipment.

Built for Daily Service

This 24 ft concession trailer is designed for vendors planning regular operation at events and permanent locations. The combination of heavy duty frame, commercial ventilation, and full kitchen equipment supports long operating hours and consistent performance.

Workflow and Customer Experience

The layout of this 24 ft concession trailer allows staff to work efficiently during busy events. Cooking equipment is separated from the serving area so orders can be prepared while customers are being assisted at the window. The screened porch also creates a visual cooking experience, which attracts attention and increases customer engagement.

Proper spacing inside the kitchen reduces congestion during peak hours and helps maintain consistent food quality. A well-organized 24 ft concession trailer improves service speed, shortens lines, and makes daily operation easier for staff.
