Mobile Kitchen Equipment Display – Commercial Kitchen (24ft)

This 24ft commercial kitchen concession trailer, model BOW24873XV, was built by Biz On Wheels as a full-size mobile kitchen and equipment display. Riding on three 6,000 lb axles, it features a V-nose generator compartment, a 14ft hood system, three A/C units, two 12ft awnings and onboard fresh and waste water tanks.

Triple-Axle 24ft Trailer

The trailer measures 24ft long, 8.5ft wide and 7ft high. Three 6,000 lb axles with electric brakes carry the weight of the full kitchen, and all lighting is LED. The white exterior is finished with a 3M full-body graphic wrap.

V-Nose Generator Compartment

The V-nose at the front of the trailer houses a quiet under-mount 12KW diesel generator on a slide-out along with a 50-gallon diesel fuel tank, keeping power equipment out of the kitchen and providing long run times between refueling.

Climate Control and Awnings

Three 15,000 BTU A/C units keep the large interior comfortable. Two 12ft retractable case awnings shade the service area and customers along the side of the trailer.

14ft Hood System and Stainless Kitchen

A 14ft stainless steel hood system with two exhaust fans and a makeup air fan covers a long cooking line, allowing multiple pieces of equipment to run side by side. The interior is all stainless steel with aluminum tread brite diamond plate flooring, and all equipment is commercial-grade premium stainless steel and NSF certified.

Service, Water and Propane

An 8ft serving window with an awning door provides a long service counter, and the entry door includes a screen. A three-compartment sink and hand washing sink are supplied by a 40-gallon fresh water tank with 50-gallon waste water capacity, and two 100 lb LP tanks are stored in a secure compartment.

Who This Build Is For

A 24ft triple-axle trailer like this suits caterers, restaurant groups and high-volume operators who need restaurant-level capacity on the road.
