53ft Gooseneck Trailer – Commercial Kitchen with Dining Room

This 53ft gooseneck trailer is one of the most ambitious builds in the Biz On Wheels portfolio: a full commercial kitchen and a separate dining room on wheels. Guests can sit down to eat inside a warm space with hardwood floors and a fireplace, while the kitchen crew works behind an 11ft hood system powered by a 20KW diesel generator.

53ft Gooseneck Platform

The gooseneck design allows a much longer trailer than a standard bumper-pull, with the hitch riding in the bed of the tow truck for stability. The gooseneck compartment at the front houses the power system, keeping it separate from both the kitchen and dining room.

20KW Power and Climate Control

A quiet 20KW diesel generator with a 50-gallon diesel tank is installed in the gooseneck compartment, providing enough power for a full kitchen, lighting and climate control in both rooms. Three 15,000 BTU A/C units keep the kitchen and dining area comfortable.

Commercial Kitchen

The kitchen is finished in stainless steel with aluminum tread brite diamond plate flooring. An 11ft stainless steel hood system with an exhaust fan and makeup air fan covers a long cooking line, and all equipment is commercial-grade premium stainless steel and NSF certified. A three-compartment sink and a hand washing sink meet health requirements, and two 100 lb LP tanks are stored in a secure compartment.

Dining Room

The dining room is what makes this trailer unique. It features hardwood floors, a sleek aluminum interior, a fireplace for a cozy atmosphere, and custom-built cabinets, tables and chairs for comfortable seating. The result feels more like a small restaurant than a food trailer.

Service and Access

A 6ft serving window with an awning door allows walk-up service outside, so the trailer can serve both seated guests and take-out customers. A rear entry door with a screen and a side entry door provide separate access points.

Matching Truck and Trailer Wrap

A full-body graphic wrap covers both the trailer and the tow truck, creating a coordinated look. A trailer like this suits restaurant concepts, tasting experiences, private dining events and promotional tours that want to offer guests a true sit-down experience.
