Biz On Wheels built this 18ft step van for an Asian BBQ concept, wrapped in a striking orange-to-purple gradient with a Buddha logo. Inside, the long stainless steel kitchen is built around a grill, refrigerated prep tables and a steam table.
Gradient Graphic Wrap
The full-body wrap fades from orange to purple, with the brand’s Buddha logo on the side. A rear entry door with a screen gives the crew access from the back of the truck.
Grill and Hot Holding
A grill sits under the stainless steel hood system for Asian BBQ, and a steam table keeps rice, sauces and cooked items hot and ready to serve.
Refrigerated Prep Stations
Two refrigerated prep tables line the counter, keeping marinated meats, vegetables and toppings cold within reach of the cooking line. A long stainless counter runs beneath the serving windows for plating and service.
Interior and Sinks
The interior is finished in stainless steel with aluminum diamond plate flooring. A three-compartment sink and a hand washing sink are installed to meet health department requirements.
Who This Build Is For
An 18ft truck built around a grill, steam table and refrigerated prep stations suits Asian BBQ, Korean, Hawaiian and rice bowl concepts that cook proteins to order and assemble bowls quickly. The long counter and prep space help a crew keep up with lunch rushes and event crowds.
Customizing a Build Like This
Every Biz On Wheels food truck is custom built to order, so a truck like this can be adapted to your menu, crew size and budget. Common changes include the step van length (from 12ft up to 22ft), generator size and fuel type, the number and size of serving windows, cooking and refrigeration equipment, awnings, TV menu displays and the wrap design. Each build uses commercial NSF-certified equipment and is laid out to meet local health and fire codes. Most custom builds take about 60 to 90 days depending on the job.
