Heavy-Duty 22ft Step Van
At 22ft with a heavy-duty 20,000 lb GVW, this is one of the largest step vans in the portfolio, with room for a full commercial line and plenty of staff.
20KW Power and Climate Control
A quiet under-mount Cummins Onan 20KW diesel generator runs from a 30-gallon diesel tank with an interior fuel gauge, providing enough power for a full kitchen and multiple displays. Two 15,000 BTU A/C units keep the crew comfortable.
Marquis Awning and Serving Window
A 6ft serving window with an awning door is set within a 10ft Marquis-style frame, shading customers and adding a premium storefront look.
55-Inch TV Displays
A 55-inch commercial TV monitor in the window compartment displays the menu, and additional 55-inch commercial monitors support promotions and brand content at events.
Kitchen and Fire Suppression
The interior is all stainless steel with heavy-duty diamond vinyl flooring. An NSF-certified stainless hood system with an exhaust fan and make-up air fan is paired with a comprehensive fire suppression system. Stainless NSF countertop tables, wall shelving and commercial refrigeration equip the kitchen.
Sinks, Propane and Exterior
NSF three-compartment and hand washing sinks meet health requirements, and a 29-gallon under-mount propane tank with an access door supplies the cooking line. A rear entry door with a screen and a full-body 3M wrap complete the Bojangles build.
