Concession Food Trailer 12FT

This bright orange 12ft concession food trailer, model BOW1287, was built by Biz On Wheels as a compact, cheerful mobile kitchen. It includes a full hood system, a white aluminum interior and rubber diamond flooring, and it is certified to NSF, ETL and UL standards.

Dimensions and Chassis

The trailer measures 12ft long, 8.5ft wide and 7.5ft high, built as Biz On Wheels model BOW1287. Two 3,500 lb axles with electric brakes handle towing, and all lighting is LED for visibility on the road and at night events. At 12ft, it is easy to tow and fits into tight vending spots.

Power

The trailer is set up for a power source to run its cooking and refrigeration equipment.

Serving Window

A serving window with an awning door provides a shaded service counter for customers. The entry door includes a screen for ventilation and insect control.

Kitchen and Ventilation

The interior is finished in white aluminum with diamond rubber flooring. A stainless steel hood system with an exhaust fan ventilates the cooking area, and all equipment is commercial-grade stainless steel and NSF certified.

Sinks and Propane

A three-compartment sink and a hand washing sink meet health regulations. A 100 lb LP tank supplies propane for cooking.

Exterior and Certification

The vibrant orange exterior with a partial graphic wrap makes the trailer easy to spot. The trailer is certified to NSF, ETL and UL standards, which helps simplify health department permitting. A compact 12ft trailer is ideal for catering, mobile vending and focused menus on a smaller budget.
