CRAFTY BURG’R N’ Tap Food Truck 14Ft Cargo

Biz On Wheels built this custom 14ft cargo step van for Crafty Burg’r N’ Tap, giving the burger brand a compact mobile kitchen with a Cummins Onan generator, a full hood system and a full-body 3M wrap.

Power and Climate Control

A Cummins Onan quiet under-mount 7KW gas generator powers the kitchen, and a 15,000 BTU A/C unit keeps the interior comfortable next to the grill.

Serving Window

A serving window with an awning door provides the service counter and shades customers in line.

Kitchen and Ventilation

The interior is fully anodized aluminum with aluminum tread brite diamond plate flooring. A stainless steel hood system with an exhaust fan and makeup air fan handles grill smoke and heat. All equipment is commercial-grade stainless steel and NSF certified.

Sinks, Propane and Wrap

A three-compartment sink and a hand washing sink meet health requirements, and a 29-gallon under-mount LP tank with an access door fuels the cooking equipment. A full-body 3M graphic wrap brands the truck for Crafty Burg’r N’ Tap.

Who This Build Is For

A compact 14ft burger truck suits restaurants and taprooms that want to bring their menu to events, or owner-operators running a focused burger concept. The Cummins Onan generator and full hood make it ready for daily grill service.

Customizing a Build Like This

Every Biz On Wheels food truck is custom built to order, so a truck like this can be adapted to your menu, crew size and budget. Common changes include the step van length (from 12ft up to 22ft), generator size and fuel type, the number and size of serving windows, cooking and refrigeration equipment, awnings, TV menu displays and the wrap design. Each build uses commercial NSF-certified equipment and is laid out to meet local health and fire codes. Most custom builds take about 60 to 90 days depending on the job.
