Power and Climate Control
A quiet under-mount 12KW diesel generator with an 18-gallon diesel tank powers the kitchen for long event days. Two 15,000 BTU A/C units keep the crew comfortable.
Serving Window, TV and Sound System
A 96-inch serving window with an awning door provides a long service counter. A TV display monitor shows menus or promotional content, and a sound system with inside and outside speakers lets the crew play music and make announcements at weddings, parties and corporate events.
Security Camera System
A security camera system with remote viewing and DVR recording lets the owner check on the truck from a phone and keeps a record of activity, protecting a significant investment whether the truck is working or parked.
All-Stainless 304 Kitchen
The interior is finished in 304 stainless steel with aluminum tread brite diamond plate flooring. A stainless steel hood system with an exhaust fan and makeup air fan ventilates the cooking line, and all equipment is commercial-grade premium stainless steel and NSF certified.
Sinks, Propane and Exterior
A three-compartment sink and hand washing sink meet health requirements. Two 29-gallon under-mount LP tanks with access doors give the truck a large propane supply for big catering jobs. A rear entry door with a screen, a full-body graphic wrap and chrome wheel simulators complete the build.
