10ft Food Trailer – 8.5ft Wide, 7.5ft High

This 10ft x 8.5ft food trailer, model BOW1087, was built by Biz On Wheels with a full 3M graphic wrap, a Honda 7,000-watt generator and an all-stainless steel interior. It is a compact, fully certified kitchen that is easy to tow and set up.

Dimensions and Chassis

The trailer measures 10ft long, 8.5ft wide and 7ft high, built as Biz On Wheels model BOW1087. Dual 3,500 lb axles with electric brakes handle towing, and all lighting is LED for visibility on the road and at night events.

Power

A quiet Honda 7,000-watt gas generator is installed in a compartment with a slide-out for easy fueling and maintenance.

Serving Window

A serving window with an awning door provides a shaded service counter for customers. The entry door includes a screen for ventilation and insect control.

Kitchen and Ventilation

The interior is finished in stainless steel with aluminum tread diamond plate flooring. A stainless steel hood system with an exhaust fan provides airflow and odor control over the cooking area, and all equipment is commercial-grade stainless steel and NSF certified.

Sinks and Propane

A one-compartment sink and a hand washing sink are installed to comply with health regulations. Two 20 lb LP tanks are securely housed in a compartment.

Exterior and Certification

The white trailer is finished with a full graphic wrap by 3M. The trailer is certified to NSF, ETL and UL standards, which helps simplify health department permitting. A 10ft trailer like this is ideal for operators who want low running costs, simple towing and a focused menu.
