Biz On Wheels built this 16ft cargo step van for GG’s Seafood and Steam Seafood, a premium mobile kitchen designed for steamed seafood. It features two diesel generators for backup power, a 6-pan countertop steamer, TRUE refrigeration, a fire suppression system, a 55-inch TV display and a cloud-based POS system.

The 16ft step van keeps the truck compact and easy to drive while fitting a complete seafood kitchen inside.
Primary and Backup Generators
A quiet under-mount Cummins Onan 12KW diesel generator with a slide-out supplies primary power, and a backup 8KW diesel generator keeps the truck running if the main unit needs service. A 23-gallon diesel tank supports extended operation, and two 15,000 BTU A/C units keep the kitchen comfortable.
Seafood Steamer and Refrigeration
A stainless steel, NSF-certified 6-pan countertop steamer handles crab, shrimp, crawfish and other steamed seafood. All refrigeration is TRUE equipment, keeping seafood cold and safe throughout service.
Kitchen and Fire Suppression
The interior is all stainless steel with aluminum tread brite diamond plate flooring and stainless NSF countertops and wall shelving. A stainless hood system with an exhaust fan and make-up air fan is fully equipped with a fire suppression system.
Sinks and Year-Round Water
Drop-in three-compartment and hand washing sinks meet health requirements, and the water system includes a heater antifreeze system for operation in cold weather. Two 29-gallon under-mount LP tanks supply propane.
Technology and Display
A 55-inch commercial TV display shows the menu and promotions. A Wi-Fi system and cloud-controlled POS system streamline ordering and reporting.
Exterior
A serving window with an awning door, a rear entry door with a screen, a full-body 3M wrap and chrome wheel simulators complete the build.
