This gloss white 16ft concession trailer was built by Biz On Wheels as a ghost kitchen, a mobile kitchen focused on preparing food for delivery and pickup. Its extra-tall 8ft interior, all-stainless kitchen and full graphic wrap make it a flexible production space.
Dimensions and Chassis
The trailer measures 16ft long, 8.5ft wide and 8ft high. Two 5,200 lb axles with electric brakes handle towing, and all lighting is LED for visibility on the road and at night events. The screwless, glue-on body has a gloss white skin, and the 8ft interior height adds headroom.
Power and Climate Control
A quiet 6.5KW generator is mounted in a cage with a slider. A 15,000 BTU A/C unit keeps the interior comfortable.
Serving Window
A 60 x 36-inch serving window with an awning door allows walk-up pickup. A 30 x 72-inch entry door with a screen provides access.
Kitchen and Ventilation
The interior is finished in stainless steel with rubber tread diamond flooring. A stainless steel hood system with an exhaust fan ventilates the cooking area, and all equipment is commercial-grade stainless steel and NSF certified.
Sinks and Propane
A three-compartment sink and a hand washing sink meet health regulations. A 100 lb LP tank is mounted on the back in a secure case with a door.
Exterior and Certification
A full-body graphic wrap finishes the exterior. The trailer is certified to NSF, ETL and UL standards, which helps simplify health department permitting. Ghost kitchen trailers let restaurants add delivery capacity without leasing more kitchen space.
