A quiet under-mount 12KW diesel generator with an 18-gallon diesel tank supplies power for the full kitchen. Two 15,000 BTU A/C units manage the interior temperature, keeping the crew comfortable during busy service.
Two 96-Inch Serving Windows
Two 96-inch serving windows, each with an awning door, let the truck run separate order and pickup stations or serve two lines at once at large events. The awning doors also shade customers at the counter.
Stainless 304 Kitchen and Ventilation
The interior is finished in 304 stainless steel with a white aluminum ceiling, giving the kitchen a clean, bright, professional look.
