Biz On Wheels built this 10ft x 8.5ft food trailer, model BOW1087, for Pyramids Grill. The compact trailer has a full-body 3M wrap, LED lighting all around, a Honda generator on a slide-out and a certified commercial kitchen with a full hood system.
Dimensions and Chassis
The trailer measures 10ft long, 8.5ft wide and 7ft high, built as Biz On Wheels model BOW1087. Dual 3,500 lb axles with electric brakes handle towing, and all lighting is LED for visibility on the road and at night events. Additional LED lights around the trailer make it easy to find at evening events.
Power
A quiet Honda 3,000-watt gas generator is installed in a compartment with a slide-out.
Serving Window
A serving window with an awning door provides a shaded service counter for customers. The entry door includes a screen for ventilation and insect control.
Kitchen and Ventilation
The interior is finished in anodized aluminum with aluminum tread diamond plate flooring. A stainless steel hood system with an exhaust fan provides airflow and odor control over the cooking area, and all equipment is commercial-grade stainless steel and NSF certified.
Sinks and Propane
A one-compartment sink and a hand washing sink are installed to comply with health regulations. One 20 lb LP tank is securely housed in a compartment.
Exterior and Certification
The white trailer is finished with a full-body graphic wrap by 3M in the Pyramids Grill branding. The trailer is certified to NSF, ETL and UL standards, which helps simplify health department permitting. The compact layout is well suited to grilled wraps, plates and sandwiches at markets and street fairs.
