Biz On Wheels built this 15ft cargo step van, model BOW1587, for Southern Belle. It is a fully equipped commercial kitchen with a Cummins Onan diesel generator, a range with griddle oven, two 40 lb fryers, reach-in refrigeration, a holding and proofing cabinet and an integrated fire suppression system, all certified to NSF, ETL and UL standards.
15ft Step Van
The truck measures 15ft long, 8.5ft wide and 7.5ft high, a size that fits a full cooking line while staying easy to drive and park for daily service.
Power
A quiet under-mount Cummins Onan 12KW diesel generator with a slide-out supplies power for the full kitchen and makes maintenance easy.
Cooking Line
The cooking line includes a range with two burners and a 24-inch griddle over an oven, plus two 40 lb deep fryers, giving Southern Belle the flexibility to fry, grill and bake. A stainless steel hood system with an exhaust fan and make-up air fan ventilates the line, protected by an integrated fire suppression system.
Refrigeration, Prep and Holding
A reach-in refrigerator, a reach-in freezer and a sandwich prep table keep ingredients cold and organized. A holding and proofing cabinet keeps cooked food warm and ready during rushes, or proofs dough for baked items.
Service Window and Entry
A 5ft serving window with an awning door provides the service counter, and a rear entry door with a screen allows ventilation and easy access.
Interior, Sinks and Propane
The interior is all stainless steel with aluminum tread bright diamond plate flooring for a slip-resistant, heavy-duty surface. A three-compartment sink and hand washing sink meet health regulations, and a 29-gallon under-mount LP tank with an access door supplies propane. A full-body 3M graphic wrap brands the truck for Southern Belle.
