Biz On Wheels built this 20ft concession food trailer, model BOW2087, for Taza. It is loaded with features for a modern food business: dual 32-inch TV displays at the serving window, a storyboard awning window, four Wi-Fi security cameras, an 11KW diesel generator and two A/C units.
Dimensions and Chassis
The trailer measures 20ft long, 8.5ft wide and 7.5ft high, built as Biz On Wheels model BOW2087. Two 5,500 lb axles with electric brakes handle towing, and all lighting is LED for visibility on the road and at night events. The screwless, glue-on body gives the exterior a smooth, modern look.
Power and Climate Control
A quiet 11KW diesel generator supplies power for the kitchen, displays and cameras. Two 15,000 BTU A/C units keep the 20ft interior comfortable.
Serving Window, TV Displays and Storyboard
The serving window has an awning door and dual 32-inch TV displays for menus, promotions and order information. A storyboard feature on the awning window lets the business tell its story or highlight specials. A 36 x 72-inch entry door with a screen provides access.
Kitchen and Ventilation
The interior is finished in anodized aluminum with aluminum tread diamond plate flooring. A stainless steel hood system with an exhaust fan ventilates the cooking area, and all equipment is commercial-grade stainless steel and NSF certified.
Sinks and Propane
A three-compartment sink and a hand washing sink meet health regulations. Two 100 lb LP tanks supply propane for cooking.
Wi-Fi Security Cameras
Four Wi-Fi cameras let the owner monitor the trailer remotely, protecting the investment whether it is serving customers or parked overnight.
Exterior and Certification
A full-body graphic wrap by 3M brands the trailer for Taza. The trailer is certified to NSF, ETL and UL standards, which helps simplify health department permitting. This tech-forward layout suits operators who want strong branding and remote oversight of their business.
