Two Identical 18ft Food Trucks – Bluefield, West Virginia

Two identical 18ft food trucks built on new Ford F59 step vans were custom designed for commercial mobile food service in Bluefield, West Virginia. These matching commercial kitchens deliver consistent performance, durability, and a professional appearance across both units while allowing operators to maintain identical workflow and equipment standards.

This dual-build approach is ideal for operators looking to scale operations, support simultaneous events, or maintain redundancy without compromising quality or compliance. Every system in both trucks was designed and installed to meet commercial food service requirements and support daily, high-volume operation.

Two Identical Units Available

This listing includes two identical 18ft units built to the same specifications. Both trailers were manufactured at the same time with matching layouts, equipment, power systems, and finishes. This makes them ideal for operators looking to run multiple locations, support simultaneous events, or scale operations while maintaining consistent workflow and branding.

Each unit features the same commercial-grade construction, stainless steel interior, ventilation, plumbing, and equipment package. Staff can move between units without retraining, and maintenance, parts, and service remain consistent across both builds.

These two identical units can be sold together or individually, depending on operational needs.

Vehicle Platform & Chassis

Each unit is built on a new 18ft Ford F59 step van, providing a strong, commercial-grade chassis capable of supporting a full kitchen build. The 18ft cargo length offers ample interior workspace while maintaining maneuverability in urban environments, event venues, and permanent service locations. This platform is widely used in commercial food truck applications due to its durability, serviceability, and long-term reliability.

Power & Climate Control

Powering each food truck is a Cummins Onan Quiet LP generator rated at 6.5KW. This generator is well-suited for food truck operations, delivering reliable power for refrigeration, ventilation, lighting, and cooking equipment while maintaining low noise levels. The LP configuration supports extended run times and stable performance during long service days.

To ensure a comfortable working environment, each truck is equipped with a 15,000 BTU air conditioning unit. This system helps manage heat generated by cooking equipment and maintains a safer, more efficient workspace for staff during peak service hours and warmer seasons.

Service Window & Exterior Access

Customer interaction is handled through a large 84” × 36” serving window with an awning door, providing excellent visibility and efficient order flow. The wide serving window allows multiple staff members to work simultaneously, improving speed of service during high-volume periods.

Each truck features a rear entry door with a screen, allowing ventilation while maintaining insect control. A flip-up entry step provides safe and easy access for staff entering and exiting the truck throughout the day.

Propane & Fuel Systems

Cooking equipment is supplied by two 100 lb propane tanks, securely mounted in a rear exterior compartment with an access door. This configuration keeps propane systems safely isolated from the kitchen interior while allowing easy access for refilling and inspection. The dual-tank setup supports extended operation without frequent tank changes, ideal for long events and continuous service.

Interior Construction & Flooring

The interior of each food truck is finished in all stainless steel, including walls and work surfaces. Stainless steel construction is selected for durability, sanitation, and ease of cleaning, meeting commercial kitchen standards and standing up to constant daily use.

The flooring is heavy-duty aluminum diamond plate, providing excellent slip resistance, strength, and long service life under heavy foot traffic and equipment load. This flooring is well-suited for mobile kitchens that require frequent washdowns and exposure to grease and moisture.

Ventilation & Fire Safety

Each truck is equipped with a stainless steel hood system, complete with an exhaust fan and a make-up air fan, both NSF certified. This ventilation setup effectively removes heat, smoke, and grease from the cooking area while maintaining balanced airflow inside the kitchen. Proper ventilation supports safe operation and smooth approval from health and fire authorities.

Plumbing & Sanitation

Sanitation systems in both trucks include a three-compartment sink and a dedicated hand-washing sink, all NSF certified. These sinks are installed to support proper cleaning procedures, food safety compliance, and efficient inspections. Plumbing layouts are designed to be practical for daily use while meeting regulatory requirements.

Prep, Storage & Equipment

Both units are outfitted with all stainless steel countertop prep tables and wall-mounted shelving, providing durable work surfaces and organized storage throughout the kitchen. All shelving and tables are NSF certified, ensuring compliance and long-term durability.

Cooking and refrigeration equipment across both trucks is commercial-grade stainless steel, selected for reliability, performance, and ease of maintenance. The identical equipment layouts allow staff to move between trucks seamlessly without retraining or workflow disruption.

Exterior Branding

Each food truck is finished with a full-body 3M graphic wrap, creating a bold, professional appearance and strong brand visibility. The matching wraps ensure consistent branding across both units, reinforcing recognition at events, street locations, and permanent service sites.

Built for Scalable Operation

These two identical 18ft food trucks were designed to operate as a matched pair, providing flexibility, scalability, and operational efficiency. Whether running simultaneous locations, rotating service schedules, or expanding into new markets, this dual-unit setup allows the operator to grow without sacrificing quality or consistency.

Built with commercial-grade materials, proven equipment, and professional fabrication standards, these food trucks are designed to perform reliably day after day—supporting serious mobile food operations that demand consistency, durability, and compliance.
